Mon, 7/9 & Fri, 7/13, 10 am-11 am *Must have a minimum of 4 students to run. Prior registration is necessary.
We'll learn not just how to stretch but when to stretch for the best performance and length. The benefits are far-reaching from increased blood flow to pain-free joints.
