Individuals, families and groups are invited to come and learn the art of building wooden boat models and wooden boats. Harold Ruark, noted local boat designer and modeler, has assumed the responsibility of Director of the Boatworks. Harold has many years of boatbuilding experience and was the designer of the Nathan of Dorchester. Mac McGlaughlin, who also has many years of boatbuilding experience, assists Harold at the Boatworks. The Ruark Boatworks - Maryland Avenue & Hayward Street
