Chef Ferran Adrià was the chef & owner of restaurant elBulli in Roses, Spain. He is founder of the elBullifoundation, a creative initiative intended to keep pushing the limits of culinary invention. One of his projects, “Bullipedia”, aims to document all information on food from history to recipes to the science behind it all. It will be a tool to answer all your culinary questions.
