Adult Swimming Lessons
In this relaxing and non-intimidating class, you will discover how to relax in the water. Beginner Level 2 is for those who have taken Beginner Level 1 or who can swim at least 25 yards of front crawl with rotary breathing and also float on their back. In Level 2, you will learn additional swimming drills to help you improve the front crawl, build endurance, learn proper back stroke, use basic turns, and begin swimming laps.
