How to Say "No"
Drawing on various human behavior models, we will develop greater awareness of our individual personal-style preferences and the external forces that contribute to overcommitting. Be prepared to jump between instructor-led presentation, self-reflection inquiry, paired or triad exercises, and discussions of issues and ideas, as well as to report back on the results of your action plan.
