Taijiquan and Yoga
Join Wu Xing Chinese Martial Arts and Red Rowan Yoga for alternating weeks of Taijiquan and Yoga. Each Taijiquan class will begin with a brief Yoga warm-up and each Yoga class will begin with a brief Qi Gong warm-up from the Taijiquan curriculum.
This collaboration between Wu Xing Chinese Martial Arts and Red Rowan Yoga is sure to help you find some balance, flexibility, and well-being.
