Topics will include:
The history of emotional intelligence/review of various theoretical perspectives on emotional intelligence
The development of the EQ-i 2.0
How to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and to interpret results
How to give constructive feedback on both the EQ-i 2.0
Ethical use of the EQ-i 2.0
Practice giving feedback and interpreting results
The completion of the EQ-i Certification Course will:
Qualify you to purchase and administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 2.0
Familiarize you with all aspects of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 2.0 for effective and responsible use
Provide you with information you need to make educated and informed decisions about your employees and/or clients
Provide you with the necessary knowledge and tools to present to professional groups on the topic of Emotional Intelligence and the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 2.0

Course Overview:
This training course will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to implement your own leadership development workshops, courses, and programs based on the concept of EQ. This course and its contents will be based on the MHS Model of EQ (based on the BarOn Model of EQ), as measured by the EQ-i 2.0. EQ-i 2.0 certification is desireable, but not required as a pre-requisite for this course.
The fee of $997 plus GST includes all materials received before or during the workshop, meals and refreshments served during the training, as well as 'certification' from EITC and post-course coaching and support with program implementation.
