Team Diabetes is a national fundraising program for the Canadian Diabetes Association. It promotes a healthy and active lifestyle while raising funds for diabetes research.
This Team Diabetes Rally will be a social gathering for all team alumni, participants and those who are interested in finding out more. Information will also be available on exciting new events for 2009!
