Discover the life and times of Abigail Adams, the wife and mother of two US presidents. This living history is part of a series of programs in the ROOTS project. ROOTS teaches basic research skills to teens by researching their family history. The ROOTS project is a collaboration between the Skagit Valley Genealogical Society, Burlington Edison North High School and the Burlington Library. Barbara Johnson, a member of Skagit Valley Genealogical Society, portrays Mrs. Adams.
