Our contemporary setting has a classic twist. It redefines the old steakhouse while the style of the décor carries out the wordplay inherent in our name. Our Au Naturel and Organic concept meets plush comfort with luxurious fabrics, fresh grass, birch tree trunks, open floor plan, silver-leafed bar and oversize booths.
You may also join us for a moment of relaxation after work or a fun evening with friends around the fireplace in our vibrant lounge/bar area and enjoy an evening outdoors on our patio which integrates another major component of nature: water. Once again you are transported to another natural landscape with the sound of water surrounding you and a waterfall that turns into a video screen at night. Our innovative menu features the best organic produce from local farms and high-quality grass-fed, corn-fed meats cooked to perfection, accompanied by decadent sides and desserts.
