Ribs U.S.A. is a moderately priced family restaurant featuring high quality barbecued foods. In ourrelaxed atmosphere guests enjoy complimentary peanuts and tossing the shells on the floor, whilesipping beer, wine, or sodas. A strolling magician will come by your table to dazzle you with tricks and jokes on Tuesday. When it comes to the food, we are the best. The meat falls off the bones of our famous baby back ribs and the big meaty beef ribs are out of this world. The menu includes chicken,seafood, salads and vegetarian dishes. We can accommodate large parties in the restaurant and have an extensive take-out menu. On-site catering is available. There's nothing fancy about eating tender BBQ ribs at this casual hang. The atmosphere here makes it the perfect spot to get that delicious sauce all over your face. Free peanuts are available in huge barrels - most of the shells wind up on the floor. For those who'd prefer to pass on the red meat (which is a shame) there's always Mary's Delight, a skinless, boneless breast of chicken covered with that same, sweet sauce. Pass the napkins, please. Peanuts, scooped from a barrel at the door, add to the layer of shells and sawdust strewn across the concrete floor. Open rafters and beer signs help make this the most convincing of honky-tonks. Knives are presented partly as a joke, as barbecued pork, chicken and beef fall from the bone. Baby back ribs are infused with caramelized barbecue sauce, and cornmeal-encrusted catfish comes with tartar sauce. Sweet potato pie and peach cobbler complete the meal.
