On April 15 at 2:00 p.m., Dr. Antonio Zavaleta will launch his newest title, "Medicinal Plants of the Borderlands." He'll discuss the history of herbal medicine along the border, its place in local society and how this practice is being revived. Afterwards, he will sign copies of his book, which will be on sale at La Tienda Gift Shop. Members receive 10% off this title and it is not part of the on-going Spring Sale.

A reception will follow.
