Daily Practice Daily Peace [Mondays]
So many people say that they do not have a regular daily practice, even after years of meditating. This six week class is designed to help us develop a daily practice by starting small and learing to enjoy the process of changing, slowly and consistently, for the better. Through developing a daily practice we will come to know first-hand all the benefits of meditation, a peaceful heart and a happy mind. A practical six week experiment with being a meditator!
