With his wife Wendy they teamed up with exciting new culinary talent Dany Lancaster and together they bring a great new dining experience to Clifton Village.
With Scott traditionally trained adding his years of experience to Dany's youthful modern flare and ambition a great team has been created. Both have pedigree backgrounds in catering and were amazed at the wealth of quality ingredients available and with the surrounding countryside full of good wild foods to forage decided Clifton was an ideal location for a restaurant.
With their mix of modern cooking techniques which includes an in-house smoker they offer the Clifton Dining scene a real treat
