Both are teachers, nationally recognized coaches at the High School level and are nationally certified as gymnastics coaches at the highest level in two nationally recognized organizations - USAG and AAU. They take great care in hiring staff that care as much about the kids they coach as they do about gymnastics. High Flyers is also home to the Brighton, Howell, and competitive High School teams who qualify annually to state championships, is chair to AAU Michigan District Gymnastics, and has had gymnasts qualify to compete at the AAU National Gymnastics meet of the AAU Junior Olympic Games every year since 1989.
