Sugo: A Pop-Up Dinner
"Sugo," Italian for sauce, is a small series of pop-up dinners taking place at Saus hosted by Chefs Mike and Kevin of the Salty Pig.
Mike and Kevin will be bringing us five courses of refined and experimental Italian cooking using a combination of Italian tradition and modern ingredients.
The first dinner is on Tuesday, January 28th at 7:30pm, featuring dishes such as:
