Indian Summer

Indian Summer is a Brighton based restaurant owned by long time friends and business partners Minesh Agnihotri and Byron Swales. Indian Summer was born from a mutual passion for Indian food and a firm belief that Brighton deserved some genuine, contemporary Indian cuisine which was completely lacking from the food environment at the time.
It offers authentic Southern Indian & European cuisine made with traditional recipes from India. You will not find chicken tikka masala here, just great favourites like masala dosa & bhel puri. All our dishes are made individually without additives or colourants & we only use free range chicken. . In keeping with much of India?s culinary traditions much of the food is also gluten and dairy free.
