Let's laugh today is led by Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers Linda and Bill Hamaker. Join us at 10:00 am for this unique exercise of laughing and clapping combined with gentle breathing that any age and level of physical ability can do. You will experience all the health benefits of a good belly laugh! No comedy or jokes involved.
Please bring your water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. This program is free and open to all ages. No registration required.
