Annual Spring Barrel Tasting
The spring barrel tasting at BookCliff Vineyards is a five-course sit-down dinner in our winery surrounded by barrels. You get a chance to taste emerging wines out of the barrel and taste for yourself how American oak and French oak influences the taste of the wine. The wines will be expertly paired by Eric Skokan, owner/chef of the Black Cat Farm Bistro.
You can choose from two dates; menu and wines will be the same both evenings.
