Who Am I? The Basic Goodness of Being Human

Wednesday, Jan 15 6:45p to 9:00p

"Who Am I? The Basic Goodness of Being Human" examines the sense of self through meditation and the exploration of our personal experience. How does ego arise? What is the "self"? How can habitual patterns color our view of the world? We will practice contemplative investigations of the self, have group discussions and learn some of the basic Shambhala Buddhist teachings. Six Wednesday evenings - January 15 through February 19; 6:45-9 pm.
