Beginning to Meditate
By practicing sitting meditation, we train our minds to dwell in the present moment. We may discover that each us has the capacity to cultivate an open, calmer mind that is clear, awake and compassionate.
We invite you to learn meditation in this half-day workshop taught by a senior meditation instructor. Program includes meditation instruction and practice, group discussion, and refreshments.
