Death and the Art of Dying: The Pure Lands

The class presents an aspect of Tibetan Buddhism rarely taught in the west and can provide everything we need to know about this tradition. We define the types of pure lands, their entry requirements, and why Amitabha's pure land of Sukhavati is so unique. We use this tradition to augment our spiritual path and prepare us for our eventual rebirth either in the next moment, or in our next life. This class includes talks, discussion, and meditations to pave our way to a pure land after death.
