Thai Yoga Massage and Partner Yoga Backbends Workshop
During this three-hour Principle Based Partner Yoga™ Workshop we will explore the power of touch and yoga postures. Thai Yoga Massage offers a nurturing, effortless yoga practice in which your partner moves your body in and out of postures, enticing your muscles into gentle stretches and your mind into a state of deep relaxation. From this tranquil awareness we will open into supportive partner back bending techniques.
Beginners and advanced yogis are welcome. Join with or without a partner.
