Eric Meyer will host the Boulder Writers’ Workshop Literary Salon on Saturday, April 13 th .
Eric A. Meyer is a multimedia artist specializing in collaborative creation, writing, and performance. Formerly Artistic Director of New World Arts and Technical Director of The Lida Project, Eric now builds custom web applications with OddBird, makes music+art with Teacup Gorilla, and explores writing+performance with Vicious Trap.
Recent work includes “Every Other Dayâ€* (New World Arts/Pinchpenny Press),… Show more "Untitled #39" (Lida), and “Missa Populiâ€* (Vicious Trap).  He is currently developing “Into the Green Green Mud: a novel with picturesâ€* online (OddBird/Teacup Gorilla), and “Pity+Fear: a clusterf~~k operaâ€* on stage (Vicious Trap).  A selection of his writing will be published by Eoagh this fall, in conjunction with their “Anthology of Trans and Genderqueer Poetry."

The salon will open with a brief reading and then he will guide our discussion. Â Attendees are free to ask questions, as well as throw out discussion topics to the group.
The Literary Salon is fashioned after the great salons of Paris in the Eighteenth Century, and is free and open to the public. Members talk about their writing successes and challenges, solicit advice, share their experiences and keep each other up-to-date on trends. Our topics range widely–covering the art, psychology, spirituality, business and craft of writing and publishing. All genres and experience levels are welcome. The salon runs from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Villas at the Atrium in Boulder. Pre-registration is required.
