Workshop for String Musicians: with Casey Driessen

Spend time with Grammy-nominated fiddler Casey Driessen in a small group setting. Casey will demonstrate and teach "The Chop"-a new percussive bowing technique. You'll also learn a new tune to use as framework. Bringing your fiddle, viola, cello, or bass is required and a recording device highly encouraged. All teaching will be done by ear. This workshop is recommended for Intermediate and Advanced students. Limited to 15 participants. Ticket to evening performance NOT included.
