Four Foundations of Mindfulness
The Four Foundations are body, feeling, mind and phenomena. The study and practice of these are an important part of the Buddhist path. The text is by Dzogchen Ponlop, Rinpoche - filled with insight and humor and a compact, pithy view of how to work with these foundations in our journey towards understanding mind and compassion. One does not need to be a Buddhist to benefit from the study of the Foundations as they give us insight into who we are and how we relate to self and others.
