The International Democratic Education Conference, IDEC 2013, is a conference that brings together practitioners, organizers, academics, youth, and educators for an international exchange on the transformation of communities, schools, and learning to ensure that all young people can engage meaningfully in their education and gain the tools to build a just, sustainable, and democratic world. In its 21st year, this is the first time in 10 years that it will be hosted in the United States!
