Since 1898, Hollywood has drawn on Colorado's breathtaking natural landscapes and pioneer spirit to set the scene for over 500 films, whether it was the early silent films, cowboy Westerns, ski movies, or Stan Brakhage's famous works of avant-garde art cinema.
Explore Colorado's film history through original movie posters and footage from more than 100 years of moviemaking in places like Golden, Morrison, Cañon City, and of course, Boulder. This exhibit is sure to delight visitors of all ages!
