Q's Restaurant has been serving acclaimed chef-crafted cuisine prepared by chef/owner John Platt in the Hotel Boulderado since 1997. Chef Platt offers up consistently outstanding Amerinca fare featuring an array of local, sustainably produced, and organic ingredients. Q's innovative wine program offers outstanding value, selection, and quality. Forty of the wines are offered by half glass, glass, & half bottle.
