Acclaimed chef Jody Adams, a James Beard award-winner and Top Chef Masters competitor, and partners Sean Griffing and Eric Papachristos created Trade based on their shared love of travel, food and wine. At the bar and lounge guests can share plates, sip classic cocktails, and discover new wines, including two on tap. The menu draws on Adams’ decades of cooking in New England as well as her travels to the Mediterranean, Northern Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and beyond. Executive Chef Andrew Hebert, a talented force in the Boston culinary scene and formerly the Executive Sous Chef of Rialto, leads the kitchen with Adams.
Mon-Thurs: 5:30-10 p.m. (bar menu until 11)
Fri-Sat: 5:30-11 p.m. (bar menu until midnight)
Lunch: Mon-Fri: 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (afternoon menu until 5:30 p.m.)
