Sake sommeliers Nancy Cushman and Alyssa DiPasquale are offering a 1.5 hour afternoon class and tasting, teaching the basics of unpasteurized sake paired with some of o ya’s signature dishes.
Unpasteurized sake is zippy, energetic, sometimes mildly effervescent and becomes available in the Spring after the brewing season.
