Joetta Maue talks about her current work, on view through March 2 at Uforge Gallery as part of the Eliot School's faculty exhibition series. Maue uses stitchery to present narratives about domestic life. In her current work, she isolates instances when small signs of trouble at home - for example "when all the plants need water" - signal larger causes of need.
