Regarded as the world’s leading expert in culinary technique and education, Jacques Pépin returns to Boston University to celebrate 25 years of gastronomic instruction in the Certificate Program in Culinary Arts at Boston University. Pépin will craft one of his signature menus expertly paired with wines, and demonstrate finely tuned techniques that anyone can learn. Each guest will receive one of Pépin’s cooking compendia, which showcases the chef’s signature kitchen skills, style, and recipes.
