Kobrand Italian Wine Dinner
A four-course Italian wine dinner by Chef Joseph Margate, hosted by Kobrand's Italian Wine Director, Massimiliano Galvano. Menu options include: Lobster, Veal, and Prune Agnolotti with mascarpone mousse and lobster sauce (2009 Masi Campofiorin); Dry Aged Duck with semolina gnocchi and red currant mostarda (2007 Michele Chiarlo Barolo "Tortoniano"); and a Black Mission Fig Semifreddo with biscotti crumble and cynar (Caposaldo Sweet Moscato).
