Summer in a Jar
Learn how to make the most out of your perishable fruits at the Boston Center for Adult Education’s (BCAE) class “Summer in a Jar: Preserves and Jams.” Celebrity instructor JJ Gonson of Cuisine en Locale will teach students one of America’s oldest and most delicious culinary techniques, the art of preserving. Following the class students will leave with knowledge of a new technique and a sampling of their own jellies and jams.
