U.S.A. Northern Alliance Dinner
Ten U.S. and Canadian chefs will band together to celebrate the culinary camaraderie between neighboring nations and save farmland.
Acclaimed U.S. chefs Jamie Bissonnette of Boston's Toro and Coppa restaurants, April Bloomfield of NYC's The Spotted Pig and The Breslin, NYC's Zak Pelaccio, Boston's Ken Oringer and Matt Jennings of Farmstead in Providence will team up with their Canadian counterparts for this special reception and multi-course dinner. Proceeds support American Farmland Trust.
