The tour group meets in the lobby of the lovely Millennium Bostonian Hotel, which is located steps away from Quincy Market. First stop? Boston's best pizza! But only the Original will do. The Food Network's Iron Chef, Michael Symon, declared it the winner on his show, Food Feud. Sorry, Santarpio's! And how 'bout a little chocolate. This shop just opened, and already it's stocked with some of the best chocolates you'll find anywhere. Warning! You may need your shucking gloves for our next stop, which was recently featured on the daytime show, The Chew. And just down the street, we'll visit a bakery whose cupcakes appeared in the first issue of Food Network Magazine. Turn the corner, and you'll find a pasta shoppe that produces one of the top four pastas in the country. You won't need a map to find our next stop...just follow the lines! This bakery was featured on Duff Goldman's Sugar High show, and is a favorite of both locals and tourists alike. Don't blink, or you'll miss our next stop. It's a fairly new hidden gem, and, when we say hidden, we mean hidden. Wait until you see where it is! (Hint: It's open 18 hours a day, and bakes around the clock.) Before we stop for our pasta course at one of the North End's finest restaurants, we'll visit another neighborhood gem that was recently featured in Martha Stewart's magazine. It devoted an entire page to this sandwich shop. And how could we end our tour without offering you dolce for the road? Our Italian grandmothers wouldn't hear of it!
