The Purple Party

Boredom Busters presents "The Purple Partyâ€* to benefit the Boston Medical Center. The proceeds from this charity event will support the efforts of Boredom Busters’ first ever Boston Marathon runner,  Natasha Fahey. As always, the goal of this event is to raise Fun and Funds which are directed towards eradicating the boredom epidemic affecting pediatric patients at the Boston Medical Center. What do you mean “Purple Partyâ€*?  Good question. The Purple Party is based on the idea that “Where… Show more there is Purple, There is Life.â€* Sasha Burakow, to whom Boredom Busters is dedicated, believed strongly in her favorite quote from Les Miserables: “Where there is Love, There is Life.â€* It is in Sasha’s honor, and because purple is awesome, that we ask that each guest wear one or more pieces of purple clothing to this event (lavender, maroon, periwinkle, plum or any other variation of purple are all totally acceptable!).
Discounted tickets are available until February 19th for $30/each. After that, regular priced tickets will be $40/each. If available, tickets at the door will be $50/each. With the purchase of your ticket, you will be supporting Boredom Busters vital programs which strive to enhance the quality of life of pediatric patients at the Boston Medical Center. Also, each guest will receive:
One drink ticket for any drink up to $10
One arm length of Raffle Tickets* (option to upgrade to a full wingspan of Raffle Tickets for an additional $5)
Boredom Busters Fun Fotobooth pictures to take home
Free appetizers
Live music
*Raffle Grand Prize is a ro und trip plane ticket to anywhere in the continental US
