Menu selections include Burrata Cheese with Toasted Pine Nuts, Arugula and Endives (2010 Ghost Pines Chardonnay); Crispy Duck Leg with Persimmons and Pomegranates (2010 Ghost Pines Merlot); and Beef Shortribs with Fingerling Potato Puree, Brown Butter Chestnuts and Chard (2010 Ghost Pines Cabernet Sauvignon).
