The Roxbury International Film Festival presenst the screening of “We the Party,” directed by Mario Van Peebles (“New Jack City” "Posse").
“We The Party" is a cutting edge hip-hop infused dramedy about the first generation of high
schoolers to come of age during the Obama years. The film features some of the latest teenage bands and dance crews, including Snoop Dogg, YG, and The New Boyz.
Van Peebles will be skyped in to introduce the film and will also do a Q&A following the screening.
