It sold 206,000 units in the first week, making it the band’s best single-week performance to date. “El Camino” follows the most successful two years in The Black Keys’ career. In 2010, they released their breakthrough album “Brothers.” It won three Grammys, an MTV Video Music Award and has sold more than one million copies worldwide.
