Pronounced a genius at the age of 10 by no less than Gustav Mahler, Erich Korngold was hailed as the very last breath of the Romantic spirit in Vienna. Chameleon Arts Ensemble keeps that spirit alive with a rare performance of two rare works: Mahler's Piano Quartet and Korngold's astonishing Suite for 2 violins, cello & piano left hand. Also included are Schumann's Romances for oboe & piano; Berg’s Adagio for clarinet, violin & piano; and Harbison’s Book of Hours and Seasons for soprano & ensemble
