I dont know what happened, whether it was the Chicago Theatres fault or what. We were seated in the middle balcony, and pretty much everyone from our seats up to the last row, couldn't hear anything she was saying during her performance. At one point, people in the last row shouted to Kathy, "we can't hear you!!" She responded to find out how bad the audio problem was, and discovered that basically 2/3's of the balcony couldnt hear her performance. I'm sure it would have been a good performance if we could have heard her.
