When a 35 year old Asian cheerleader meets a China Latina who can't seem to tick the right box at the unemployment office, you know that Slanty Eyed Mama is in the house. With a soundscape of electric violin played by Lyris Hung and words and flow by Kate Rigg, the Mamas penetrate stereotypes of Asian American identity and emerge rocking your world and loving you long time. Part character comedy, part standup, all music.
