Come listen to winemakers from around the globe as they discuss winemaking and grape growing for Alsace varietals. A special treat will include a New Zealand “Riesling Challenge” with wines from various winegrowing regions. Breakfast will be included.
Followed by a cooking demonstration with Food Network star, Chef Beau MacMillan and renowned local chef, Francois de Melogue who will create Alsace- and Asian-style dishes for attendees during an educational and entertaining event .
