Distasteful Behavior and Rude Comments

Upon Walking into the restaurant The hostesses were talking on their cell phones and asked us to wait and to shh with her finger! I was appalled and almost left then. Went to the Bar for a drink,and Kimber the bartender said she was very busy and I would have to wait my turn with a distasteful glare in her eye. NO Hello or greeting,not the way you want to keep customers! When we went to order our food after waiting 12 minutes for our drinks to be served she then TOLD not asked us to wait AGAIN it seemed as thought ordering food was an issue at the bar. She told us there was a table with a waitress but we enjoy dining at the bar! She finally came to get our order,She seemed so displeased we wanted to order food at the bar,It seemed to upset here so much we wanted our food at the bar we paid for our drinks and left and will not be returning not only because of the bartender Kimber but the hostess and the Manager Jim Dugan that we asked to speak with and he never came over he walked passed us 3 times I hope this review helps others! The service and Management there is awful!

poor and filthy service deserves poor remuneration.

What a HORRIBLE experience!! from the moment we walked in...2 hostess at the welcoming booth seem more interested in their "conversation" that in finding a table for us. While waiting for a booth by one of the windows, the female server "Patti" told the hostess to give us another table, because the table we requested was "trashed by the kids of the previous customer who used that table".."They spilled butter all over the place she said" We still wanted to wait for the table to be cleaned and we didn't want to hear negative comments from the previous customer!! Patti had the most horrible attitude ever, lack of attention to detail, didn't know the menu, didn't answer to our questions regarding recommendations and/or couldn't make any recommendations from the menu, she has no customer service skills whatsoever! I wanted to talk to the manager, but he was no where to be found! Then I look carefully through the room "that by the way looks like a warehouse instead of a restaurant" and there he was, laying against a wall facing the kitchen - where the ordering station is, joking around and laughing with the servers, with his roll up sleeves, and his hands inside his pockets!!! I didn't even approach him not to disappoint myself even more!! Once I saw him walking around the restaurant, trying to avoid any interaction with the customers, no making eye contact, no smiling, in a few words: no there! At the request of our check, the server brought us the receipt that included the 25% gratuity, because "according to her" when any certificates are use to pay against the total check, the 25% gratuity needs to be included on the bill...like she deserved it! Good service deserves to be remunerated, poor and filthy service deserves poor remuneration. Any way, we requested for her to include the 15% instead of the 25% and she refused. We paid our bill with the 25% gratuity included; we walked out of the restaurant and were glad to leave, knowing that we NEVER going back to such a regretful place!!
