YMCA RunWalk Training Program for Robie Creek or Famous Potato Races

Adult running/walking fitness training program based at the downtown YMCA. We meet on Saturdays at 8 a.m. and on one weekday evening for educational seminars on running-related topics and another for optional speed workouts. We are preparing folks for the Race to Robie Creek half-marathon, any of the Famous Potato races (marathon, half, 10k, or 5k) or any other race you have decided to participate in.
