Tai Chi and Qi Gong

Mary Ann Kashef is a certified Tai Chi instructor through Dr. Paul Lamand Sifu Jason Schoenherr from
Detroit Kung Fu Studio. With many years of specialized training, she has been featured on Channel 7 News and teaches Tai Chi Therapy
at Beaumont Hospital.
