for flexibility and relaxation for your mind. Bring 3-5lb. ankle/wrist weights. Must be moderately
active to attend.

Lynda Scott became a Nationally Certified Group Instructor with AFAA in 1995 and has received a
National Certification for Personal Training in 2005 with NETA.
