Learn how to clean finfish and steak style fish. See the different ways to identify fresh fish in the store and what to purchase. Learn the seasonality of the seafood for our area of Michigan, find out what fish are on the endangered list and any seafood to avoid eating as well as learn how to store and cook different types of fish. We will prepare and sample broiled whitefish with potato Parmesan crust. An $8 materials fee payable to instructor.
